We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Arrive Alive Guarantee

ARA produces healthy and hardy farm raised corals. Every coral that is shipped from our facility will ARRIVE ALIVE and STAY ALIVE for at least 24 hours after leaving our system. If not, we will replace it for FREE (excluding packaging & shipping). The following terms and conditions apply or guarantee is void.

Terms and Conditions

• You must accept immediate delivery of your order upon its arrival. If a delivery is refused for any reason, including not being home to accept delivery, the customer will be held liable for the full cost of the invoice plus return freight charges.
• Outside temperatures must not be less than 40o F. or greater than 90o F.
• Arrive Alive Guarantee only applies to specimens shipped using next day delivery.
• Your water quality MUST fall within the following parameters:
  Ammonia 0
  Nitrites 0
  pH 8.2-8.4
  SG 1.021-1.025
  Temp. 75-79F.
• Arrive Alive Guarantee only applies to specimens shipped using next day delivery.
• The Arrive Alive Guarantee only covers purchased corals, (not gifts or promotional give-aways).
• Never dispose of or return a specimen without authorization.

We will replace the dead specimen PLUS credit your return postage ($3.00). Guarantee applies to original shipment only, not replacement items. Shipping and box charges are not included in this guarantee. Credit cards cannot be credited for losses.

Returns must be postmarked within 24 hours of death and never more than 3 days after leaving our facility.

Shipping Policy

1. Monday + Tuesday shipping only, using Fed-Ex standard overnight delivery.
2. ARA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Pay-Pal only.
3. ARA charges a $29.00 flat rate shipping cost, per box, anywhere in the lower 48, (USA only), this includes; coral shipping containers, floats and lids, bags (when used), box, Styrofoam, heat, and cool packs, (as needed) and shipping, (all orders over $299.00 ship free). Send us back our re-usable ice packs, coral shipping containers, bags and rubber bands dry, and in the original Styrofoam box via standard USPS , we will reimburse shipping costs as a store credit.
4. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any order canceled the day of shipping. ARA must be notified of any cancellations the day PRIOR to shipping date.
5. All orders must be received prior to 2:30PM EST for same-day-shipping, (Mondays + Tuesdays).

***Although our facility adheres to rigorous quarantine protocols, ARA will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death that may occur as a result of exposure to our livestock and/or products. We expect our clientele to be thoroughly familiar with the dangers/toxins associated with handling exotic Marine life. ARA reserves the right to refuse service to ANYONE at ANYTIME for ANY REASON .***
